How much are the shipping costs?
We ship to all locations within Australia via Australia Post services starting from $8.50 for up to 500g. Prices are calculated by weight.
Do you offer international shipping?
We definitely do! Shipping costs are calculated by weight depending on your order. Send us an email via the contact tab and we can give you a shipping quote. Duties and import taxes may apply depending on your location. *Petite Muse can not be responsible for these charges and they will be payable by the customer
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We will have your order shipped out within 3 business days of placing and finalising your order/s. National shipping within Australia can take between 3-5 business days. For all international orders please allow between 7-14 days. *These time frames are an estimation only and may vary.
How does a Pre-Order transaction work?
Simply make contact with us via the 'Contact' tab, email or Instagram and request to make a Pre-order. We will send you a Paypal invoice for the desired goods. The estimated arrival time for Pre-Orders is approximately 3 weeks as it applies to stock we don't have on hand. We order and await for shipping from our suppliers before we can send it off to you. Once your order arrives, you will be notified by email before it's posted out to you.
Can I exchange my purchase if the size or fit isn't quite right?
You sure can! Just send us an email or contact us via the contact tab first and await our response. Then pop your order back in the post to us and we'll send you out your new order. *All additional shipping cost incurred will be at the expense of the customer.
I'm after a size which currently isn't in stock, can it be ordered in?
Contact us via the contact tab and let us know which style, colour and size you're after and we'll try our best for you. *Please allow between 3-4 weeks for arrival.
I don't have a PayPal account, can I still purchase from your store?
Yes you can. All Payments are processed securely through PayPal even without a PayPal account.
