Just a few formalities...

Ordering and Personal Information

All personal information listed when placing an order such as name, address, email and contact numbers must be true and correct. Petite Muse will not be held responsible for any incorrect information nor lost or missing orders.

Items are not 'held' by adding them to cart without 'checking out' and are still available for purchase by others. Quantities are limited and may sell out. 

In the event of placing a 'Pre-Order' the item will be reserved until shipment arrives to Petite Muse and will then be dispatched to the customer.

All prices listed are inclusive of GST and represent AUD (Australian Dollar).


Returns & Exchanges

All returns and or exchanges must take place within 14 days of receiving your order. 

It is the responsibility of the customer to contact Petite Muse (prior to returning any goods) with the request for a return or exchange. Refunds will only be granted on the basis of manufacturing faults. No refund will be given for change of mind, however we will happily offer a product exchange. In the event of returning goods back to Petite Muse, all goods must be in original condition, unworn, unused and with all tags attached. Petite Muse holds the right to refuse any request for returns or exchange.

In the event that you should receive your product or garment damaged or soiled we will gladly ship you a replacement item (of the same style) as soon as we receive the damaged original product back from you. Please note that we carefully assess all products and conduct a thorough quality control before shipping all orders

Goods must be sent back within 14 days and all additional postage fees are the responsibility of the customer. Petite Muse will not be responsible for any lost or damage goods via post.

We accept payments from Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. All payments are processed securely using PayPal.
